Reporting concerns

Concerns about harassment, discrimination, or retaliation can be reported confidentially through the Speak Up line, your HRBP, or askhr@inspiresleep.example. Every report is reviewed within 5 business days.

Belonging programs

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) include Inspire Women in STEM, Veterans of Inspire, Pride@Inspire, and Caregivers Circle. ERG sponsorship comes with budget and executive sponsorship.

Pay equity

Compensation is reviewed annually for pay equity across gender and ethnicity. Findings are shared with the Board's People Committee.
