401(k) match
Inspire matches 100% of the first 3% you contribute and 50% of the next 4% — for a total match of up to 5%. Vesting is immediate.
HSA, FSA, life & disability
HSA-eligible plans include a $1,000 single / $2,000 family employer contribution. FSA, dependent care FSA, basic life (2x salary), and short-/long-term disability are 100% employer paid.
Wellness & sleep benefits
$750 annual wellness stipend (gym, mental health apps, sleep tracking devices) plus free Inspire therapy consults for eligible employees and dependents who meet OSA clinical criteria.
