Paid Time Off & Sleep Wellness Days

PTO, holidays, and two annual Sleep Wellness Days for every Inspire employee.

PTO accrual

Full-time employees accrue PTO from day one: 18 days/year for individual contributors, 23 days/year for managers, and 25 days/year after 5 years of service. PTO accrues bi-weekly and rolls over up to 1.5x your annual accrual.

Paid holidays

Inspire observes 10 paid holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. The week between Christmas and New Year's is a company-wide rest week (no internal meetings).

Sleep Wellness Days

Every employee gets two Sleep Wellness Days per year — one in spring, one in fall — to fully unplug. These are separate from PTO, do not require advance approval, and cannot be carried over.

Requesting time off

Submit PTO in Workday at least 2 weeks ahead when possible. For field roles covering implants, coordinate with your regional manager so case coverage is unaffected.
