Birthing parent leave
Up to 12 weeks of fully paid leave, which may be combined with short-term disability for medically necessary recovery time. Leave can be taken consecutively or split across the first 12 months after birth.
Non-birthing & adoptive parent leave
8 weeks of fully paid bonding leave, available within the first 12 months of birth, adoption, or foster placement.
Phased return
All parents are eligible for a 4-week phased return at 60% schedule with 100% pay, designed to ease the transition back to work.
Caregiver leave
Up to 4 weeks of paid leave per rolling 12-month period to care for an immediate family member with a serious health condition. Coordinated with FMLA where applicable.
