Hybrid HQ teams
Most Golden Valley HQ teams follow a hybrid 3-day in-office schedule (Tue/Wed/Thu). The other two days are flexible remote. This applies to most engineering, marketing, finance, IT, and people functions.
Field-based roles
Therapy Awareness Representatives (TARs) and Field Clinical Engineers (FCEs) are 100% field-based with regional travel. No HQ in-office days are required, but quarterly regional summits and an annual sales/clinical kickoff are mandatory.
Fully remote roles
A small number of roles are designated fully remote at hire. Conversions from hybrid to fully remote require VP approval and a documented business case.
Home-office stipend
Field and fully-remote employees receive a one-time $1,500 home-office setup stipend and $75/month for internet and phone.
