Incident reporting
Report any incident, injury, or near-miss to your manager and EHS within 24 hours via safety.inspiresleep.example. Near-misses are treated as seriously as actual incidents — they are how we prevent the next one.
Cleanroom & lab
Annual safety training is required for any badge access to cleanroom or lab spaces. PPE must be worn at all times in designated zones. Visitor escorts are mandatory.
Ergonomics
Ergonomic assessments are available on request for HQ desks and home setups. Inspire reimburses up to $500 toward an approved home-office ergonomic upgrade once per 24 months.
Emergency response
Floor wardens are listed at every HQ exit. Quarterly drills are mandatory for HQ employees on an in-office day.
